Beautiful hotel with solid amenities and a great selection of food. The daily breakfast buffet offers a wide variety and was a highlight of the stay. Rooms are clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. What stood out most was the service—though my stay started with a hiccup, it was quickly and professionally resolved by Fara, the duty manager. She went above and beyond to ensure the rest of my 10-night stay was smooth and comfortable. Her attentiveness truly made a difference.

Special thanks to Fara and the team for being so welcoming and helpful throughout my stay. Their attentiveness and warm hospitality made the whole experience feel extra special. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a cozy, pleasant stay in KL. Will come back again!

Dear, Dorsett Hartamas. I started staying with you during pandemic days. Your services during at that time was top notch. Despite the pandemic situation, everything was affordable, service was awesome and rooms were all comfortable and safe to use. You used to be my favourite until now. I’m disappointed honestly at how you deceive your customers by cheating us and lets us believe that you combine two single beds to make it look like one king size bed. I should have read the reviews. The worst part is I’m a regular here and I requested for the same room but it fell to deaf ears because the room given to use was meant for a single bed room type. The bed was not centered well, there was gap in between the bed, bed was springy and we couldn’t even sleep well. Pillows are all downgraded and in bad shape. Thank you for the free neck and back pain. Sleepless nights were indeed complimentary. The bed is also not centered to the tv! The tv is near toilet. The bed is towards the wall on the other side, there was only one bedside table! The fridge is barely cold, my ice cream melted completely. The door that closed the fridge (not fridge door but the table) is broken. Your electric water kettle is barely functioning! Took 5 mins for it to start, every-time have to wait so long for it to start boiling and adding another 10 mins to fully boil. Not forgetting how dirty it is with stain! Wallpaper is torn up and wooden doors are peeled off. Toilet is oddly structured, the toilet paper is one side, the toilet bowl is another side! Your receptionist Sharifah was sick and she didn’t give me a good room despite my plea and request mentioning to her it’s my only gateway to rest, she gave me a room really at the end of the aisle and there was cigarette smoke everyday. Should have just let her go on sick leave or some shit. The lobby used to smell so nice but now with so many people waiting at the waiting area, smells like shit. Very rundown and you have muck up the price of the rooms post pandemic at least upgrade all your amenities. Sorry but you lost a customer and you will lose many more if you don’t fix all the bullshit. All in all thank you for ruining my getaway.
