Our stay was absolutely wonderful! Yes, the room decor is a bit dated and the carpet isn’t the nicest, but everything was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. We had a small issue with our room and the staff handled it quickly and professionally by moving us to a new room right away. We had the best sleep of our entire trip – the room was quiet and dark, and the bed and pillows were incredibly comfortable! The location is perfect – right next to the train station and a short walk to Chinatown. There are also two 7-Eleven stores nearby, which made things super convenient

An Absolutely Stellar Stay – Highly Recommended! My recent stay was simply fantastic. The service was exceptional across the board. Every staff member I encountered, from the front desk to housekeeping, was genuinely warm, incredibly helpful, and efficient. Check-in was a breeze, and they were always ready with a smile and excellent recommendations for local attractions. It's clear they prioritize guest satisfaction, and it truly made a difference in my experience. One of the standout amenities for me was the on-site Starbucks. What a lifesaver! Being able to grab my favorite coffee without even leaving the hotel was incredibly convenient. The location is absolutely perfect. Situated right in the heart of everything, it offered incredibly easy access to all the major sights, dining options, and public transport. I loved being able to walk to so many attractions, and for places further afield, the connections were seamless. My room was beautifully appointed, spacious, and spotlessly clean. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep, and the modern amenities made my stay very pleasant.

Good location, near the MRT. Walkable distance to Chinatown. Room is clean and hotel is fancy-looking. Well maintained lobby. Only downside is that we are required to pay a deposit that will be refunded upon check out - but they only accept credit cards. They don’t accept cash because they’re going “cashless”. Not everyone applies for a credit card, so this is an inconvenience to keep in mind. Luckily the lady said they’d accept my debit card for the deposit, but only for this one time. Would be better if they kept things convenient and accessible for customers by providing more payment options like cash option at least.
