Stayed here for two weeks with my Filipina fiancée, overall was a great experience, the stuff was very welcoming and helpful 5 stars on that! Now, room was okay, decent enough but the only problem was ants everywhere, we couldn’t leave not even one leftover food and ants would be crawling all over. The location was great, have the local transportation to everywhere by the highway, we mostly used Grab, no problem with that also. Aside of the ants problems and sometimes noise, we had a great experience, would definitely come back again.
This place has certainly changed. We were here about 18 months ago and stayed because of the price and proximity to our family in Cebu. This time the prices are up, the rooms, and we paid for a superior room this time had no fridge, a smaller bed and very scarce bathroom supplies. We had to buy a bucket and ice to keep some drinks in. The water if needed was overpriced by about 200% and we even had guest cockroaches. The location was fair but a long way from any large shops. The staff were always very polite, the one thing that got this place more than a one star rating. Also the nightclub just across the carpark with its light shows and doof doof really help you to relax at night, NOT!!. If you see this hotel and find the price appealing do yourself a favour and pay a little extra or even the same for airbnb. I wish we did. Never again.
While the staff were polite and the hotel's location was convenient, our recent stay was unfortunately marred by several significant issues. Firstly, the noise levels were unacceptable. A wedding party was being held on the premises, and their guests were extremely loud late into the night. They were knocking on doors, shouting in the hallways, and even singing karaoke, which made it impossible to sleep peacefully. Secondly, our room had a leaky air conditioner, forcing us to place a bucket to collect the dripping water. This was not only inconvenient but also a potential safety hazard. Finally, the shower had very low water pressure, making it difficult to take a proper shower. Overall, the noise disturbances and issues with the room significantly impacted our stay. We hope the hotel can address these concerns to improve the guest experience.
