Great place with great staff! The location was perfect since it's close to the freeway but still very peaceful. The room was beautiful, and the beds/pillows were great too! Food in their restaurant is delicious. Absolutely no complaints, but a few more elevators would be helpful. We'd gladly stay there again.
Great room, felt a little small, but also felt high end. Pool had children in it the entire day, and at closing, when they finally left, we were immediately asked to leave as well. Was a bummer but that’s the rules. Over all great time. Great lounge staff. 8.5/10 location, it’s not close to actual downtown shopping but it’s actually downtown. The shopping is all across town for the most part.
The rooms were clean, and had everything we needed including a mini-fridge, safe, and desk for working. However, the room was billed as a suite and it was just kind of underwhelming to be called a suite. It was more like a larger-than-average regular room. No complaints about the service. From the parking guy to my interactions with the front desk, everyone was friendly and helpful. The location was ideal, and - notably - walking distance from Beehive Restaurant. The only downside is that self-parking can be a chore.
