Double tree Hilton was a great hotel and the service was amazing, staff were really friendly especially Shaihka she provided phenomenal customer experience. Breakfast was 10/10 would definitely recommend this hotel in Yas island. Yas water world and Warner brothers are walking distance from hotel and overall it was an amazing trip

When we first arrived at Hilton by DoubleTree, everything seemed to be going smoothly. However, the experience quickly turned disappointing at the reception. We had a discount percentage rate, which we clearly mentioned and even showed the card for. The receptionist acknowledged it and said he would apply the rate, but he failed to do so, resulting in us being overcharged. The following day, we received an apology and were informed that the overcharged amount would be refunded. It was also stated in an official email that the refund should not exceed five days. Unfortunately, the situation worsened when they refunded the amount to the wrong account — an account that isn’t even linked to my card or details. Their phone service added to the frustration. While speaking to them, they would suddenly place the call on hold without warning or even cut off the conversation entirely. The staff on the phone and at the reception were cold, unhelpful, and showed little willingness to resolve the issue. There were constant delays, and it felt like no one genuinely cared to assist. Overall, I was very disappointed by how I was treated. The lack of professionalism and customer care was unacceptable for a hotel of this standard.
