Doubletree By Hilton Addis Ababa Airport

This hotel looks brand new. I think it was recently constructed.But I was very surprised With a great level of service and commitment as soon as I was greeted at the hotel’ The front desk concierge, as well as the bellhop all greeted me and they took my luggage from my car straight up to my room during check-in , The check-in process was very simple and efficient, and they were very pleasant. I was greeting with the chocolate chip cookie that really made my day. In the morning there was a breakfast buffet that was filled with different varieties of meats and even an omelette station. Betty menfes, belay and befekadu Gave us great service during our time at breakfast and made sure we had everything that we wanted. We arrived at breakfast late, but they still continue to service even after hours. Also, when I checked out, the shuttle service were very tentative, and they took my luggage for me and put it inside the van. They are very fast going back-and-forth from the hotel to the airport. Overall, I would say I would give this hotel at 10 out of 10 Because of their professionalism and dedication.

Absolutely love this hotel and the service. Stayed here both times in Addis and honestly one of my best hotel experiences anywhere in the world. Best beds I’ve stayed in in Africa and even the towels are better than any hotel I’ve been in in the US/Europe. Plus the sauna is wonderful. 11th floor hotel serves amazing food from breakfast to dinner. Worth the additional cost. My server Betty was attentive and well-spoken.

I had a wonderful experience at the DoubleTree Hilton hotel. The rooms were spotless, the staff was incredibly welcoming, and the amenities were excellent. Its convenient location near the airport made travel a breeze. The breakfast was delicious, and the service exceeded expectations. Highly recommend for both business and leisure travelers!
