We had excellent time in this hotel...Rooms.. services are very good. The hotel is well maintained. Everyone is very helpful over there, each and every one is behaved very well, special mention about Ms. Juli, nice and very helpful girl. Food is also tasty.. Great experience!

We were there to attend a wedding. The hotel was great and we were greeted very warmly. Rooms were also nice and spacious with all the basic amenities. The day we checked in , we were provided with lunch and then evening snacks which were not matching like 5 star food. It was very ok ok. Infact even the food served at the time of wedding was also very below average and we couldn't digest that we are in 5star hotel. Even the staff who were serving were not trained enough and doesn't look likes a hotel parmanent employee.For e.g.For Soup, I just asked for pepper powder but they couldn't understand, and they didn't even bothered to take care of my request. On contrary breakfast was just next to awesome with highly trained staff serving us. The breakfast buffet was vast and it was delicious just like you expect it with standards. In fact I would rate it better than other 5 stars hotel breakfast buffet. One more good point is about there kids room which was really better. I would still recommend this hotel as my family had great time there plus there security and child friendly ambience was good. So looks like for wedding package they have outsourced catering it, which is totally my assumption. If not so then Hotel need to work on their wedding staff and quality of food.

Extremely Disappointed – Worst Experience Ever This was by far the worst service I’ve encountered. The staff was completely unprofessional and lacked basic hospitality etiquette. Despite being present at the dinner table, we were ignored multiple times and had to keep calling for attention—only to be met with indifference. There was no sense of coordination among the team. No one seemed to know what they were doing, and there was absolutely no management oversight. Basic requests took ages, and when they did arrive, the attitude was careless. It felt like we were doing them a favor by being there, not the other way around. Truly a waste of time, money, and expectations. I would strongly advise others to think twice before visiting. A complete letdown.
