This hotel left a great impression. The staff was wonderful – always smiling and ready to help. The rooms were clean, and the food was very tasty. The surroundings were well-maintained, beautiful, and cozy. The beach was also impressive – clean and scenic. The drinks were amazing, and the cocktails were simply excellent. I definitely recommend this hotel for a relaxing stay!

Fantastic hotel. April 2025 with child of 3y. Good food quality, good variation. Good kids club and mini disco. Weather was ok, not always sunny. Special thanks to the barman Mahsum for high quality cocktails at the rooftop. Also to the spa team for great medical massages (recommended). Actually the whole team is great. My only pain point is low quality alcohol and juce at the public bar (just take water there).

Extremely Disappointing End to an Otherwise Beautiful Stay – Unprofessional and Embarrassing Experience We recently stayed at this hotel and, up until our departure, it was genuinely one of the best holidays we’ve had. The hotel itself is stunning, the facilities are excellent, and we were having an amazing time with our family. However, everything changed in the final moments, and I feel compelled to share this experience. As we were checking out—with three young children in tow—we were suddenly approached by two stern, aggressive men who began showing us video footage of our room. Yes, the room was messy. We have kids. There were towels on the floor, a few things out of place—nothing remotely serious or unusual for a family of five staying in a hotel room. But the way we were treated was absolutely appalling. They claimed we had caused some kind of damage and said we’d be charged extra. I was completely shocked. We travel frequently—up to four holidays a year—always in five-star hotels, and we’ve never been spoken to like this or accused of anything. Our rooms always look like any lived-in family room: a bit untidy, sure, but never disrespectfully so. What really pushed it over the edge was their accusation that our kids had drawn on the bed sheet. Yes, there were a couple of felt tip marks—completely washable. I immediately acknowledged this and even offered to pay for the sheet without hesitation. But rather than handle the situation with understanding or professionalism, it felt like we were being ambushed and humiliated. Completely unnecessary and handled with zero grace. To top it off, the manager suddenly changed his tune and said there was “no issue” at all—only after I made a point of defending myself. So why were we treated like criminals to begin with? Even worse, today—after we’ve already left—I received a phone call from the hotel asking AGAIN why the room was messy. Ten minutes later, they called back to say there was nothing wrong. Honestly, I’ve never experienced anything like it. I expected so much better from a hotel of this supposed standard. The final impression we were left with was embarrassment, frustration, and a sense of being completely disrespected as guests. This completely soured what had otherwise been a lovely stay. Until the hotel seriously trains their staff in handling guest relations with professionalism and respect—especially families—I cannot recommend it and won’t be returning.
