DoubleTree by Hilton Atlanta Northlake

I recently stayed at the DoubleTree by Hilton on Lavista Rd for a three-week work trip, and I have nothing but great things to say about my experience. From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel welcome especially Sidon, the front desk supervisor, who is always friendly and there to greet you with a smile. The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and well-maintained throughout my entire stay. I also really enjoyed the food downstairs at Marlow’s Tavern everything I tried was delicious, and the bartenders were incredibly friendly and professional. The breakfast buffet was another highlight. The morning waitstaff were attentive and made sure guests were well taken care of. All around, this was a fantastic stay. I would absolutely recommend this hotel to friends and family, and I’ll definitely be back next time I’m in town.

We picked that hotel because we had business to do in the area. Check in was a breeze, the receptionist was really friendly and welcome us with the famous cookies. The room was spotless, but there was a lingering smell from the carpet. But other then this we had a great stay and we will stay here again. We enjoyed the breakfast we paid for in advance, it was delicious. Thanks again to everyone.

The hotel was exceptionally well-run, with a friendly and attentive staff. The breakfast was also delicious. The front desk manager, Charnice Bell, was particularly exceptional. She took the time to learn basic greetings for our deaf companion, demonstrating a genuine commitment to providing inclusive service. Her warm smile and kindness were truly remarkable.
