Excellent Stay During a Stressful Transition – Thanks to Ericka! We stayed at the DoubleTree in Roswell, GA while our family was in the middle of a move, and it truly was one of the most comforting parts of a chaotic time. I was traveling with my two 8-year-old children, and from the moment we arrived, Ericka went above and beyond to make sure we felt welcome, supported, and well taken care of. She treated us like more than just guests—she was thoughtful, kind, and truly attentive to our needs. Whether it was checking in on how we were doing or making sure the kids had what they needed, her care made all the difference. The hotel itself was clean, comfortable, and quiet, which we really appreciated during a transitional week. But it was the warm, personal touch from Ericka that made this stay memorable. Highly recommend this location, especially if you're traveling with family or going through a life transition. Thank you, Ericka, for turning a stressful week into something special.
We had a family funeral to attend in Roswell, GA. Reservations were easy to make. The entire hotel was very clean, smelled really fresh, staff was super friendly to everyone no matter the time of day. Our room was large with a king size bed and very comfortable. Food in the hotel restaurant was delicious.
The staff at the front desk was under staffed on Friday, July 11th around 2:30pm. One man checking people in with about four waiting in line. Finally someone came over and started helping him. The place was pretty full for the weekend and only one elevator working. We had a corner room on the third floor for two nights. Room 329. The cleaning lady did a good job of freshening our room up between nights. Our room was posted as non smoking but it reeked of old smoke. I bought spray in to try and mask it better. The grounds are in terrible need of maintenance. Your first impression of the establishment is the grounds. The area needed weeding and grass cut. After paying almost $600.00 for two nights since the All Star Game was in town the price was almost double from it's regular rates. I in no way blame the staff. This is a corporate issue.
