DoubleTree by Hilton Atlantic Beach Oceanfront

I was very happy with our stay. I staff was wonderful, the view (ocean view room) was better than I expected. The hotel was clean. The only reasons I didn't give it 5 stars is that they allow dogs and I was awoken during the night by barking, the coffee in the room and their brewed coffee was terrible, the breakfast buffet was mediocre. Other than that, it was great.

The experience was very pleasant, the proximity to the beach was ideal. The staff was friendly ana cordial. The host/server "Chi" was all positive energy and vibes. She was caring, funny and professional. This place was very pet friendly 5 stars. Very ideal for any age, family size, there were many access points for people with mobility and a safe space for inclusiveness. I would consider this space again for my family in the future 🫰

The reason why I give this room 4 stars is simply because of location. For this to be part of the Hilton brand, these rooms need to be severely upgraded. In my particular room, the refrigerator barely worked, and I was told by the front desk that none of the refrigerators were working because it was so hot outside. Compared to the other Double Tree hotels that I have stayed in, this one just needs to have an upgrade. Customer service was fairly pleasant and professional. However, I just was not satisfied with the room. I mean, it wasn't bad like you should be scared to sleep in the bed, but you can still tell that it's a dated hotel. Outside of the hotel being dated, it was a good stay. I stayed 3 days. I enjoyed the peace and quiet. I enjoyed the beach. I would stay again.
