DoubleTree by Hilton Austin University Area

The hotel is conveniently located to the medical complex I needed for several days, which was very nice. The service was great. Martha was the best host I’ve ever had at a Hilton property. She helped us out with numerous items and was very gracious. Thanks, Martha for making our stay great! In addition, Rebeat made sure our room was cleaned to perfection every day. Frida was a great host every morning and ensure we had everything we needed. She was very friendly and professional and especially gracious to us.

My beautiful wife and I recently stayed in the Double Tree Hotel in Austin and had a great stay. We were attending a concert at the Moody Center, which was close by and in walking distance. We stayed in a room with two queen beds, and we both said they were very comfortable and we slept really good.. The shower also had great water pressure and was easy to get in/out. The best part though, at least for my wife and I, was the wonderful fils at the front desk. There was one gal in particular, whose name was Martha, was the best receptionist/front desk person we have ever had the pleasure of meeting. She also helped set up our reservation over the phone, and we were blessed that we got to meet her when we checked in and checked out. Sincerely; Mark Achee’

I arrived late at night and was greeted warmly by the front desk. She informed me of my rights and duties in a way I understood. The room was clean and at a comfortable temperature. I used the soaps and such provided and they were great quality. It was quiet, so I slept well. In the morning, Zayra is wonderful! She made sure I enjoyed my breakfast and had everything I needed. Breakfast was delicious. I had the ham omelet and couldn’t finish it, it was so big. I share the concern about $3 water in the room if you aren’t a Silver or Gold member, but I know to bring my own drinking water now.
