Stayed here for a business trip for a week. The rooms were nice and the bed was comfortable. Didn't have any issues checking in and checking out. As much as I wanted to check out the gym and indoor pool I didn't make it this week. Overall though I thought this was a great choice and reasonably priced. The hotel restaurant i felt was a little pricey for what you get. But I'm aware in general hotels normally are pretty pricey when it comes to food and drinks. I just felt that for the price the food could have been a little nicer and or a little more quantity. Other than that great experience
The interior design of the lounge and outlook of the hotel is amazing; very sleek and high-end. However, the rooms do not live up to the expectations. The tables are long but very narrow, so not useful for either office work or eating. There is No microwave oven in any of the rooms or floors, except only one available in the reception area (first floor). Please note that this hotel has 16 floors! Our room was on the 15th floor, so we had to take elevators everytime we had to warm up our food or tea/coffee! So it is very inconvenient for adults and even for families staying with babies or young kids. Also, the thermostat in the room was not working well, either it was blasting cold air or hot air.
Not a very big fan. Double tree used to mean a nice stay. I remember when they used to put coffee out in the morning, now they tell you there's a Starbucks around the corner. The restaurant isn't very good and certainly not remotely worth the money they're charging. I would avoid the restaurant for breakfast at all costs. They can not cook steaks or eggs and have trouble with basic customization like leaving tomatoes off sandwiches. The dinner service was marginally better. 250 a night and they have nothing. Just a small room.
