Fantastic service, especially Mr. Jony Wang at the reception. Very helpful, tried his best to give us a room that accommodated our needs. Great way to start our holiday!

I enjoyed the room service and other aspects of my stay, but I had a disappointing experience at the buffet downstairs. It was chaotic; waiters kept dropping cups and silverware on the floor as if they had never received any training. While I was dining, the staff repeatedly pressured me to give them a five-star rating on apps like Dazhongdianping, even though my steak was undercooked. The staff members were rude and would squeeze through the crowd without saying anything. In return for my complaints, they offered us free cookies, which I assumed were a standard offering for guests. However, the cookies were very dry, and I ended up throwing them away after just one bite. Overall, my dining experience was underwhelming.

The breakfast was really tasty and plenty of options available. The room a bit outdates to be considered as 5 star hotel. The isolation was horrible, we could hear everythibg from the nearby room. We ordered a burger from the hotel restaurant at night, it was not tasty at all.
