Excellent. Staff are helpful and friendly. Beware, the car park is owned by a different company, and they are hot on sending tickets to people. I don't drive, but I have a carer, and she was ticketed three times in a one week period, so make sure you are registered correctly and pay for the period of your stay. Nicely located hotel, breakfast a great mix in a really fun old glass kiln. As other reviews say rooms feel a little tired but they were by no means dirty — super clean and house keeping staff on top form. Arrived late on Friday and was checked in no problem.
