DoubleTree by Hilton Brussels City

Stayed here for 2 nights. Hotel was clean and spacious for a family of 3 Customer service was good, the main highlight was they were willing to keep our luggage at the hotel even after check out, as we had a few more hours till our Eurostar train back home. The location is just perfect, everything is within a walking distance, if you only wish to explore the main centre areas. Plenty of restaurants and shops nearby too. Highly recommended 10/10

Lovely hotel. The rooms are new/modern but in a classic style, the staff is very friendly, and the breakfast room (restaurant) is beautiful. Just a comment about the location: it is near some stations and near the city centre, but the area around the station(s) can be a little dodgy, especially at night.

Room could use a little tweaks showers are confusing to operate. Lights too. But overall nice. The customer service in this hotel is consistently above awesome. They are friendly, the are helpful, they are smart. The restaurant is an enigma. Their breakfast is fine. Tasty continental type breakfast. Eggs? Sure, bacon yes. Bread, yep. Muesli? Yep. Have a nice day. But this restaurant at dinner? Wow. The service again over the top. Yes it's slow Americans, welcome to Europe. But they do their job. They are kind, knowledgeable, and excellent. The food? This should be a stand alone restaurant. Hotel restaurants aren't supposed to be this good. Layers of flavor. Sauces that been you to lick your spoon and maybe the plate. and the beer and wine compliments the delicious dinners. If I could give it a 10 out of 10, maybe 11 out of 10 I would.
