Love that this was right off of the highway but that does make for a lot of busy noise at night, especially if your room is on that side. The hotel was great. I can't say it's really for kids. It seems like there are a lot of business conferences going on, but there's a pool which the kids loved. The ceilings are really low so if you're 6'3 ...6'4 and above just be prepared to duck.

Water was freezing cold and didn’t ever get warm. Room beds were hard if you like sleeping on soft beds. Not many places to eat- one tv stand with 2 chairs. Outside the hotel was beautiful. If you staying for Disney or Knotts, they provide a shuttle to those places for you and the drivers are nice

We used this hotels marquis ball room to host a party not too long ago. We had the schedule for events set up and talked about with one of the hotel staff in advance. The buffet was supposed to last an hour and we were told to give 15 mins for the staff to clear out the buffet tables from the dance floor (we maxed out the amount of tables that could fit in the room so the only place the buffet could be placed was on the dance floor). The buffet was ended half an hour early and we were only told as the buffet was being moved out. I never even got to touch the buffet because I got stuck entertaining guests and taking photos. We had to move the schedule ahead by an hour which made all of the following events hectic and stressful for some guests including myself. On the bright side, the room was rather nice, cramped but it was alright and came with a complementary breakfast.
