Doubletree by Hilton Campbell Pruneyard Plaza

Very pleasant hotel. Location was nice, with access to a variety of food at the neighboring Pruneyard center, and lots more within walking distance. Parking is a little unusual (overflows into the shopping center parking), but wasnt a problem at all. Rooms are comfortable. Was very convenient for events at the SAP Center and for site seeing around the area.

Had a wonderful 3-night stay. My room was in perfect order - comfortable and spotlessly clean. The A/C is powerful and keeps the room cool despite the heat. The front desk staff were also exceptionally nice and helpful. The location within the Pruneyard plaza was fantastic, with so many food, coffee, and grocery options just steps away. I would absolutely stay again.

This is the second time I’ve stayed at this hotel, and I’ve enjoyed both times! I love how close it is to everything, it’s so convenient. The rooms are clean, oven enjoyed the workout room. Mainly, I love this place because the staff have been super helpful and accommodating. Last night at check in, Jacqui was super helpful and went above and beyond to help me with a room when I made a mistake when booking the room. This morning at breakfast the staff couldn’t have been friendlier. I’ll come back to this hotel every time I travel here!
