The rooms are big and very nice and clean. The hotel staff was very nice, we've visited this hotel each year for 5 years straight and it never disappoints. The breakfast service was amazing with loads of opportunities to choose from, we would personally like to thank mouna for her amazing service.

Excellent staff, especially Akram and co (apologies if I misspelled your name but thanks for the photos) during dinner who helped take various photos. Excellent convenience of access to many amenities. Splendid cleanliness. Best part? The buffet food and hospitality services. You MUST try their Moroccan tea during each meal. Overall, one of the best, if not THE best hotels in Casablanca.

Wonderful Friendly staff throughout hotel. From bellman to front desk and restaurant. A special thank you to Mouna at breakfast with a friendly informative hospitality allowing me to have an exceptional breakfast experience. Room were large and clean but very outdated stained carpet and rundown furniture. Compared to the Marriott, this hotel needs to be updated for competitiveness. The gym facility was large and bright with plenty of adequate equipment but lacks the ventilation and provision of water.
