DoubleTree by Hilton Celaya

We have stayed here twice already, two weeks each time, and absolutely love this hotel. Rooms are super clean with lots of storage space, spacious bathroom with large shower (no bathtub), small kitchenette with mini-fridge and coffee maker, no microwave though. The pool was a joy to go to, was even heated in November because the nights are so cold. And I have to say the food at the restaurant is delicious. The staff is always super friendly, courteous, accommodating. The service is above and beyond excellent.

Big room, big swimming pool, big gym. The housekeeping is pretty efficient. Finally breakfast is pretty good! There is everything that you could want to eat for breakfast!

Worst experience with the service, including the security check point at this place. I have 3 family members staying here. They wouldn't let me in without a key to go pick them up. In the first days, we had no issues, but then it was horrible. I was staying at the holiday Inn, because I have lots of points. I'm also a diamond member there. Also, I'm a gold member here . We also had wine that we bought at a local winery in the pool area, and they charge us for an uncorked fee, which is absurd. Trust me, dont mind paying for food service. Look at the places through my reviews. Worst experience ever..
