Room was clean, cozy and comfortable, but the door to the bathroom stuck a little. We were able to hook up a game console to the TV during our downtime. Staff was friendly but not overbearing. Our check-in was quick and our checkout was quicker. Location is a bit noisy late at night, but that's what happens in downtown Charlotte, and the hotel staff can't help the dumbasses that rev their engines. But the good thing about the location is that it's in walking distance of so many interesting places and restaurants.
Attended my Cousin wedding ceremony and everything was fabulous. The attendants were on point and the venue was very inviting. The food was plentiful and very tasty. Highly recommend
We liked the room, the facilities, the location, and proximity to everything. While some staff were super nice, some weren’t!! We had to ask for the cookies!!! I do have to say that the Manager at the time was friendly and prompt about making our stay comfortable! There was conveniently a coffee shop close to the lobby area. Easy to find Ubers to get anywhere you’d like.
