We stayed here after getting in late from a flight. It was so close to the airport that was awesome especially after a long day. The room was nice and big and the beds were pretty comfortable. (Of course not as comfortable as my own bed but I got a decent night sleep). I would say the only negative I would have is that we could not get our room to cool down enough. We like it cold when we sleep but we couldn't get it below 72.
It is an upscale hotel and the staffs here are nice and professional. The room is large and clean but the facilities and hardware could use some upgrades. The AC wasn’t really working as strong as it should be which I personally was okay with for my room temperature but can see some people think it’s too warm. The hallway was way too warm due to the AC issue. The room is overall a bit outdated. Not what I’d expect for what I have paid for. The restaurant downstairs is awesome though.
We stayed at this hotel for the sole purpose of being close to the airport. That’s what we get for prioritizing convenience. This an actual picture of mold growing on our ceiling along with a full length crack in the ceiling. This is not only a health concern, it’s an embarrassment to the Hilton family of hotels. That’s why I’m moving away from Hilton - the quality has gone down significantly over the years.
