DoubleTree by Hilton Coventry Building Society Arena

Lovely hotel, classy without being snobby. Big accessible room and staff who were friendly and great customer services especially Marianne in the Faraday where you guests have there breakfast. She brought a teapot over to me because I had a walking crutch she was excellent. I don't drive so it was a bit difficult for me to walk to the Coventry arena train station because of my mobility but I had a lovely stay and food was tasty at breakfast and evening meal and good value for money. I will visit again ☺️

We come and stayed for Paul smith. We was Met by raj! What a lovely man. He makes it so you want to come back to this place. We got speaking to him. You should be so very proud of your hotel. Also the young lady and man on the reception yesterday didn’t catch there names were extremely helpful with an issue with our bath. Fixed instantly. Something that no one could have prevented. Due to the kindness off the staff and manager during our stay. We will be choosing Coventry again for any stadiums we go to because raj you just made us feel at home! You know who we are! Thanks to the whole Hilton team- Chloe and Jamie x

It is a pity I had to put a 2 because I was going to give it a 4 until I received a parking fine after 5 bookings in 1.5 month. The hotel confirmed complimentary parking based on my loyalty for the last 2 stays, but the staff did not follow through and got £100 fine for a £10 normal fee. Called them and they did not seem to care much. I would avoid it altogether to be honest and go elsewhere from now on. POOR retention.
