I want to personally highlight Sabrina, who checked us in she was absolutely phenomenal. From the moment we arrived, she was professional, attentive, and welcoming. She took her time to explain everything, gave us a tour of the hotel amenities, and really made us feel seen and heard. She understood exactly what we were looking for in our stay and even upgraded our room since we arrived early and our original room wasn’t ready yet. The upgraded room had a balcony with a peaceful, breathtaking view, and it was incredibly quiet, just what we needed after traveling. Sabrina also let us know about the complimentary freshly baked chocolate chip cookies offered to all hotel guests, and let me tell you, they were phenomenal. Every time they came out hot, she made sure to tell us and always asked if we wanted some. The entire front desk staff was kind and thoughtful about offering them, and the cookies were always warm, fresh, and delicious. That kind of small but personal touch made us feel cared for in the best way. That same evening, another young lady at the front desk (I wish I caught her name) was super fun and full of personality. She, along with Sabrina, gave us excellent local suggestions for food, fun, and history, and let me say, Sabrina’s recommendations were 100% on point. We were able to enjoy Dallas in a way that felt authentic, fun, and memorable. These two ladies made our trip extra special. Please give them both the recognition they deserve they are true assets to the DoubleTree brand. The hotel amenities were also impressive: I went down for coffee and breakfast every morning it was always clean, fresh, and well-stocked. The wait staff was kind, professional, and sweet. The pool and gym were great, and there's a walking path for a quick stroll or stretch. They offer ample parking and a fully stocked convenience store which came in handy when I forgot something in my suitcase. Yes, it’s a bit pricey, but it's worth it for the convenience. Another thoughtful gesture was that the staff brought a microwave to our room for free, which was unexpected and very appreciated. That small act of hospitality made us feel even more at home and is the kind of service that makes guests want to return. Only One Downside: The AC unit in the room would randomly switch from cool to heat during the night, spiking the temperature to around 75–80°F. We had to manually reset it each night to get the room cool again. This was the only inconvenience during our entire stay. I recommend the hotel look into upgrading or servicing the AC units for a more seamless experience. Final Thoughts: Sabrina, the front desk team, and the overall experience deserve 5 stars. The hospitality, comfort, and genuine care we received left a lasting impression. I would absolutely return and highly recommend this DoubleTree location to anyone traveling to Dallas.

Great weekend getaway. I enjoyed the peace. Rooms were clean, staff was friendly and helpful. I appreciated the quietness. There was a lot going on in the lobby each time I passed through, but once I arrived to my room, it was tranquility. The best part was Ms. SABRINA, (front desk clerk). I liked this hotel. For a 3 star hotel, the beds and room are great. The breakfast is also very good because even if there are not that many options, all of them are tasty. This had a great location, in farmer’s branch. This was only like 30 minutes to get to the Star at Frisco. It also has great views of the lake, a great pool, and a gym. Overall great for a 3 star hotel, should be upgraded to 3.5
