DoubleTree by Hilton Dartford Bridge

Beautiful place, a true home away from home! I love the feel of comfort and staff service. The only shortcoming is the challenge of using public transport due to its location... otherwise, it's 5 star all through!

The hotel is very welcoming and wonderful. The room is beautiful, warm and cosy. All the amenities were there and fully functioning. The staff were very helpful and nice. The food from room service was disapointing however other than that it was amazing stay. I reccomend to get a car or drive as it is quite a distance to walk with luggage.

Disappointed is an understatement. After what was meant to be a joyful birthday celebration, I had hoped this hotel would provide a comfortable end to the night—but unfortunately, the experience was quite the opposite. To begin with, the check-in process took nearly an hour, which was frustrating and unexpected. But the real disappointment came after. For the amount charged, I expected at least a basic level of comfort and service. Instead, I was met with a hard, uncomfortable bed that made it nearly impossible to get any rest. The room itself felt neglected, almost as if it hadn’t been prepared for a guest at all. The mattress was in very poor condition—definitely not suitable for sleeping. Overall, I feel that what I paid for was not remotely what I received. This experience was a letdown in every sense.
