DoubleTree by Hilton Denver Thornton

Absolutely loved our stay at this hotel — everything from the service to the atmosphere was flawless. The staff made us feel genuinely cared for, going out of their way to personalize our experience. Our room was beautiful, clean, and incredibly comfortable, with thoughtful touches that made it feel luxurious. The location was perfect — peaceful yet close to everything we wanted to explore. We left feeling refreshed, pampered, and already planning our return!

Well if you an honest opinion on this Hilton property…well here it is pros/cons: Pros: Customer services is amazing and friendly Great hospitality Quick to fix an issue. For ex: the room was not completely tidy and had some stains on the ceiling. But they tried their best with offering free breakfasts for the entire stay Close to gas station and restaurants Close to the freeway and great central location Good sized room CONS: Food was very undesirable and lacked any flavor. We tried the buffet and the sit down meals. Both a horrible experience. Swimming pool was super cloudy and looked dirty A lot of people experiencing homelessness in the parking lot and hanging outside of our hotel window, and the staff went to speak with them asking them to move along. Parking is horrible when events are at the hotel. Very far from the airport Very hard beds It’s an older hotel and Hilton tried to update it. I was a bit disappointed. It was like an updated motel 8. Ex: the light fixtures in the restroom were rusted and old.

Stayed here for a work trip. The location is a little rough with all of the homeless people around, but tons of options for food. The front desk staff were super friendly and helpful. My room on the other hand was a bit rough. What looked to be gum was on the shampoo bottle and the bathtub was definitely grimy. There was also a grass stain on the sheets. Overall not the worst place but would have expected more from a DoubleTree.
