I had a wonderful experience at Doubletree by Hilton Dubai, business bay. During my recent training, thanks to the exceptional teamwork of a Food and Beverage department staff Marie and engineer Ali. While washing my hands, I accidentally dropped an earring that fell into the washbasin. Feeling a bit panicked, I asked the attentive Marie for help. Without hesitation, she rallied the engineer, who promptly came to assist. The team successfully retrieved my earring with great care and professionalism. Their kindness and teamwork truly made my day brighter! Kudos to both for going above and beyond! Highly recommend this hotel for their outstanding service!

I stayed at the hotel for around 12 business days and had a wonderful experience. Everything was excellent—from the cleanliness of the rooms to the overall service. The staff were professional and always ready to help. I especially want to thank the reception team, particularly Niha and the rest of the front desk staff, for their warm hospitality and support throughout my stay. Room service was also fantastic—always on time and well-prepared. I truly enjoyed my stay and will definitely be coming back. Highly recommended for both business and leisure travelers!

A special thanks to Islam, who immediately addressed the issue and provided a smooth solution. Grace, the Front Office Manager, was outstanding in her service. She went above and beyond by offering me a complimentary late check-out and a voucher for dinner, which truly improved my experience. I also want to extend my appreciation to the entire Front Office team for their professionalism and warmth, including the operators and reception staff. The team members worked seamlessly to resolve my concerns, ensuring I had a pleasant stay, and I felt truly cared for during my time there. However, I must mention that one member of the Front Office team didn’t handle my situation well, which left me a bit disappointed, but the rest of the team more than made up for it. Thank you, Grace, Islam, and the whole team for making my stay memorable!
