DoubleTree by Hilton Dubai M Square Hotel & Residences

My stay at the Double Tree M Square Hotel was truly wonderful, largely thanks to the exceptional staff. As a Hilton Honors Member, I have consistently been impressed, and this stay was no disappointment. Su at reception was incredibly helpful with my early arrival and the check-in process for our spacious four-bedroom apartment, even arranging a call when it was ready – a great relief. At breakfast, Thunn and San San provided outstanding, patient service, making my child with special needs feel incredibly comfortable and happy with their genuine interactions. Our four-bedroom apartment was clean and large, and the gym facilities were well-maintained. My only suggestion is to offer wider pool access hours, perhaps before 9 am or after 9 pm. Despite this, the staff's dedication ensured a memorable and stress-free stay.

Amazing stay here. Fantastic staff. The buffet breakfast had great options from continental, English breakfast excluding pork. Vast selection of and cereals and on the spot egg making stations. Nice waitress who served us was binita. Great rooms and very on point cleaning.

I was there last week for my Birthday and it was a wonderful and memorable stay. I would like to thank specially the restaurant staff the manager Ishanku followed by San San, Thin, Swetha, Emelyan. They didn’t forget to wish me with small celebration cake. And then the Reception Ms. Subha (i cant remember exactly) she helped us with our late check out as we checked in very late. They all were very helpful and kind. Both the pools are really good not so crowded and we enjoyed a lot. Breakfast buffet was so much to select from continental to asian. Dinner buffet also quite good and food was very tasty. Rooms are quite good but not up to 5* standards may be 4* as we have to ask for the things and they would say unavailable. But overall stay is surely 5* rated. Thanks for everyone for making ut more memorable.
