Warm welcoming and very friendly staff. Polite and very helpful. Loved celebrating our 70th birthdays here. Top service. Room fantastic.Clean and had everything we needed. Loved the buffet breakfast. Staff outstanding. Enjoyed the café and having a coffee. Location ideal for us as quiet. 10 minute walk. to City Centre Shopping Mall. Tour pick ups here and shuttle to airport. The package deal we had was reasonable and suited us perfectly. Very highly recommended 👌

During our recent trip to Dubai, we stayed at this hotel. While the location was decent, the services and facilities were extremely poor — truly third-class. We were initially given a room that smelled of mold and was clearly not cleaned properly. After complaining, we were offered a different room, but even that was far from satisfactory. The hotel management appeared completely unprofessional and lacked basic understanding of hospitality. It felt like they assumed guests would never return, so they didn’t care about the quality of service — almost as if they were trying to exploit visitors. Expecting any form of warm welcome or proper hospitality here is pointless. The front desk staff were rude, their communication was awkward, and their overall behavior highly unprofessional. The restaurant and breakfast options were extremely limited and substandard. From every perspective, this hotel is not worth staying in. I strongly recommend reconsidering before making a booking. One positive aspect, however, was the behavior and support of the Nepali staff working there. They were courteous and helpful. Thank you.
