DoubleTree by Hilton Grand Hotel Biscayne Bay

I had an amazing stay at the DoubleTree by Hilton Grand Hotel Biscayne Bay! Melisa at the front desk was so helpful and welcoming, and Maria on the night shift went above and beyond to make sure my experience was perfect. I honestly wish I could live in this hotel—the balcony views are incredible! The bed was super comfortable, and the water pressure in the shower was fantastic. It really felt like a home away from home. A quick heads-up: to get in and out, you do have to walk around the dock where the trash is kept, and the smell can be pretty overwhelming—especially if the trash pickup is in progress. There’s really no way to avoid it, but it didn’t ruin my overall experience.

Stayed here in February 2025—sorry for the late review! I’ve seen some less-than-glowing reviews, but my experience was genuinely pleasant. When I arrived, I was greeted by a friendly and helpful staff. The location is fantastic, and digital check-in was quick and seamless. While the building is older, the rooms were clean, comfortable, and my room had a stunning view. The property also offers convenient access to several great restaurants and retail shops, many located right on-site. My only critique: the bathroom amenities were a bit underwhelming for a hotel in this price range.

Stayed July 4th. Great view of the bay. Rooms are nice, nothing over the top but for the price worth it. Tile floors are nice, with simple touches throughout. Valet only; not a long wait for car. Hallways are rather narrow and short. Lobby was under construction. Close to everything. “Mall” on ground floor with plenty of options. Over all great value for the price!
