Very clean hotel. It was a very busy weekend hosting 3 big soccer teams & their families. Check in was a bit crazy, but bartender, Jamill, was so personable & friendly. Her drinks were amazing. Highly recommend! (And I want to work for Hilton)! 😉

My husband and I checked into our room on July 24, 2025, for a family reunion. My husband booked a room four weeks in advance. However, upon entering the room, it was hot, even though the thermostat was set at 68 degrees! We immediately called the front desk and were told by the general manager that there was nowhere else to move us, and she would send housekeeping to our room to check the air unit. When she was unable to help, the maintenance man checked the unit to no avail. This whole ordeal lasted nearly an hour! Frustrated, we loaded our luggage and went to the front desk prepared to request a full refund. Little did we know that while we were waiting in a hot room, the manager continued to check other patrons into rooms, although the hotel was out of rooms.' In fact, a woman at the counter had just received keys for two rooms with king beds—one room for her and the other for her mother!!! At this point, I was livid and requested a full refund. It was only then that the 'housekeeping' staff told us she would move us to another room. The rest of our stay was uneventful. However, another family member didn't have working air in her room. The hotel staff gave her a fan for the night. Our cousin's toilet clogged, and a man at the front desk told her that SHE would have to unclog it herself. This hotel is one of the worst Hiltons we have ever stayed at, and we will not be returning. Our overall experience was deeply disappointing, and we urge you to make significant improvements to avoid similar situations in the future.

Front desk guy named Courtney should not be working at front desk upon my arrival spoke to Laura, which told me there is available rooms. When I got to the front desk after driving 40 minutes, this guy tells me there’s no room without even looking at the computer.. then when I explained that Laura said there is rooms he said well sorry I can’t help you. There’s no rooms. I asked to speak to a supervisor or Laura. He would refuse to call anybody just kept telling me sorry there’s no rooms like a robot. This was yet the most unprofessional, and I don’t know what to call it it I’ve never been treated that way before. I ask him for his name he refused to give it to me rudely says do you see I have a name tag. Once again, I was as polite as can be not to mention. I am a consumer that’s coming to stay at this hotel, and this employee seems like he just doesn’t wanna be there. I would like a supervisor to reach out as I am gonna make a corporate complaint. I need somebody to explain why when you call. They say you have rooms but when you come to the front desk. Mr Courtney says there’s no rooms available. And if you ask him to speak to a manager or supervisor, he says they’re all busy and they’re not able to help me.
