My husband and I have stayed at luxury hotels like the Four Seasons and several others in Greensboro, but the DoubleTree Greensboro has completely won us over. From now on, this is the only place I’ll want to stay. The customer service was exceptional—Terry checked us in and was so friendly, helpful, and pleasant. The room was beautiful and clean, and the bed… wow. It honestly felt like sleeping on a cloud—one of the most comfortable beds I’ve ever experienced. I got some of the best sleep I’ve had in a long time. The shower was one of the best I’ve experienced at any hotel—great pressure and just an overall relaxing feel. Everything about our stay was peaceful, classy, and restful. Highly recommend!

Had a good time and a nice day at this location. My only issue is that they were supposed to call me but they have check in to let me know my room is ready and somehow the ball got dropped and I didn’t receive the call. If you return to the hotel late at night, you’re probably have to park in the rear of the building, but there is adequate parking. The hotel staff was OK. Location is right off the highway with easy access to the hotel or back onto the roadway. There are many restaurants in the area to take advantage of. Breakfast is offered at the hotel for a fee.

I am writing to express my extreme disappointment regarding the unsanitary condition of the indoor swimming pool at your Greensboro location in Guilford County. As a current guest, I was truly shocked by how disgustingly dirty the pool is. This amenity was one of the deciding factors in choosing to stay at your property. As shown in the attached photos, there is visible dirt and grime throughout the water and along the sides of the pool. When I placed my hand in the water, dirt came off and floated on top of the water, a clear and serious hygiene issue. I’ve always chosen Hilton Hotels because of the comfort, consistency, and amenities like the indoor pool. What I encountered here was far from acceptable or safe. Basic cleanliness is not a luxury, it’s a standard every guest deserves, especially when staying away from home and loved ones. This isn’t just a reflection on one person; it reflects on the entire team. It raises serious questions about management’s commitment to guest experience and the standards expected of team members. Please let me know what immediate steps will be taken to address this issue. The current condition of the pool has significantly impacted my stay and overall impression of this location.
