Excellent hotel, good spacious and clean rooms, well equipped for a comfortable stay. Extensive and delicious spread in the buffet lunch/dinner as well as breakfast. Very receptive staff. A special word for Avinash and Kuldeep Singh from Housekeeping, who personally came to my room to provide a personal touch and see that everything was in order.
I had a wonderful experience at the hotel, thanks to Prince at the entrance. He was welcoming, polite, and always ready to help with a warm smile. His professionalism and friendly attitude made a great first impression. Excellent service!
The hotel does not offer luxury. Nothing extraordinary to speak about. But, the place offers adequacy and warmth to a traveller. The staff are polite, Rahul at restaurant being one name to say. Overall the experience has been satisfying. A huge TV screen in room was pleasant to see.
