Very nice and beautiful hotel. Friendly staff and amazing hospitality. Located next to train station and mall opposite makes location 5 star All facilities available onsite. 24 hours IN room dining, money exchange , ATM , concierge to help and taxi. Most importantly, Mr. Sam at concierge is very good in English , so that makes the life of travellers and tourist easier as he can understand and help you with all types of assistance required
Room is really nice, big and warm. The bed is incredibly comfy. The executive lounge is great in the evening, the beer was heineken, plus a load of spirits available for self service, which was great! The breakfast is a must! One of the best breakfast spreads we've had in our two years in China. The shower took some time to get hotter, but the pressure was good. The staff are incredible in this hotel.
Room service was served luke-warm. Fries with steak were soggy. Rooms are beautiful and clean, too bad my room 711 the A/C was stuck at 25 degrees. It became uncomfortable 😕
