Stayed here for a couple of nights. Check-in was quick and the hotel had all the usual DoubleTree amenities. Room was clean and comfortable. Elevators were a bit slow and room doors need repainting, but overall good hotel. the on-site restaurant was good as well.
A Reliable Rest with a Bonus Reality Check Don’t look in the magnifying mirror if you haven’t touched your eyebrows in a while—you’ve been warned! 😄 That said, the stay itself was exactly what I needed: quiet, clean, and comfortable. After a long day on the road, pulling into a DoubleTree—whether it’s Oregon, Massachusetts, or Florida—always feels like a safe bet. The beds are consistently great, and the rooms are well-maintained. This location was no exception. One of my favorite features? The keyless entry through the app. I rolled in around 11 p.m., exhausted and not in the mood for chit-chat. The digital check-in and room access worked perfectly. No line, no fuss—just up to the room and straight to bed. DoubleTree continues to be my go-to for a dependable, restful night. And yes, next time I’ll be more prepared for the magnifying mirror experience.
This hotel is fine if you are just looking for a place to stay. The lobby/restaurant area are very nice and the food we had for dinner at the restaurant was good. It is expensive ($15) for the breakfast buffet in the morning and the food is just like any other regular hotel food. The only difference is that every option is available every day rather it just being one meat, etc. It's not really worth the $15 (+tip) to me though. The lady working the breakfast buffet was also not the friendliest, we had her two mornings but I try to give every one the benefit of the doubt. The rooms are very dated. Especially the doors to get into the rooms, they look super beat up. The room itself is fine. There was no fan in the bathroom and I *think* there was mold on the ceiling (I looked after reading another review), because the bathroom literally can't dry due to not having a fan or any air flow. There’s also no way to stream on the TV, it’s just cable. Other than that a one time stay is fine. The front desk workers were very nice and the cookies were also really good, but I highly doubt I will stay here again when there are other options around (with free breakfast). 5/10 hotel.
