We went here for my Birthday trip from Adelaide, and it was a hotel we will never forget! As we arrived, we got complimentary cookies which were really tasty! The room was pretty nice, the bathroom had an amazing shampoo and conditioner. The buffet breakfast was mouth watering, and on my birthday, I was presented with a chocolate fudge cake with text reading “Happy Birthday Harry!”. It is cool that they gave me a chocolate bar and a card for a gift, it’s really cool how they know my birthday! The beds were really soft too! The bedroom, not the best the world, at least you get to see a bit of Hobart. The hotel staff were very friendly and greeted us with a smile every breakfast. It was an amazing experience, absolutely worth it and I really recommend other people!
Stayed here for two nights recently in a family room. The hotel was nice and modern in a great location. Parking is very expensive at $35 per night, but worth it to know your car is safe and secure. The buffet breakfast was so nice, in fact it was so good the Prime Minister was there as well. The location was good and the pool and sauna were a great extra addition. All in all very happy with my stay.
Front desk staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Location is great and there is ample roadside parking. Rooms are sufficiently big but I think housekeeping could have been better. When we checked in, the toilet bowl didn’t look very clean. There was also some dirt on the bathroom floor. We also found something that looked like a peanut next to the bed.
