DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Albuquerque

We had a great stay at the DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel in Albuquerque! From the moment we checked in, everything went smoothly. The staff was friendly, professional, and welcoming—and I have to say, being greeted with a warm cookie was such a perfect touch. I love sweets, so starting our stay with a delicious cookie really made my day! The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained throughout. Our room was spacious and cozy, and housekeeping kept everything spotless. We also took some time to enjoy the gym and pool—both were very clean and well cared for. The pool even has a cool view of downtown Albuquerque, which made it even more enjoyable to relax for a bit. The location is great—right in the heart of the city, close to everything, but still quiet and secure. We had no issues during our stay—no complaints at all, just props to the entire staff and management for running such a smooth operation. We’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend DoubleTree Albuquerque to anyone visiting the area. Great service, great comfort, and yes—great cookies!

Horrible customer service. Front desk was rude and refused to hear that I had already paid through booking.com. "it's just a hold, and everyone that books a hotel has to deal with it" well that hold has now fully processed and I have paid for this room twice! Do better! Updated from 1 star due to Teri she was very friendly and resolved my issue quickly. Updated back to 1 star. Double tree still has my money. Very frustrating experience.

Was told to “not park in the front parking lot if you want to keep the wheels on your vehicle” and that the front lot was not monitored while another employee said to another customer that they’ve never had an incident in the front lot and that the previously recommended parking garage was not monitored as the first employee has said. Also, we did a late check out only to find they had checked us out for us while we were out of the building and our room key no longer worked to open the door to our room with all of our stuff in it. It took way to long to fix this issue as well. AND no microwave in the room, and cramped shower
