DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Annapolis

I stayed at this hotel only one night , the young gentleman at the front desk Trendy made me feel so welcome. They have great welcome cookies , he gave me the information about the hotel and their shuttle service is one of a kind, so hard to find nowadays. Rooms can take some updates , smell and stuff when I said this they offered me changing my room right away. Over all it was a good staying experience. I shall be back to use that pool they mention.

I am a frequent visitor to Annapolis and have tried many local hotels. The Doubletree in Annapolis is by far my favorite destination. I travel much of the year so I can be picky when it comes to hotel service, cleanliness and location, not to mention price. This hotel comes through excellent on every visit. The desk clerks, Trendy and Caleb as well as the entire staff ( I’m bad with names) are fantastic and went out of their way to make my stay enjoyable and productive. Bonus: the swimming pool is immaculate including a lifeguard! Top notch, great value and friendly staff. This is my go to area hotel!

I placed the sign for no one to enter my room. I returned to a room that was entered. My towels were moved and one was not replaced. My bedding was rearranged. I do not have housekeeping come to my room while I'm staying at any hotel. I travel frequently. I feel violated. And to place the sign back as if it were never on the outside of the door is unbelievable. There was no need for anyone to disregard my request. Additionally, I was not offered water or a cookie when I checked in. Others in my party received these complimentary items. I had to go back and ask for a cookie. There was one left. I did receive a cookie. Oh, the person who provided directions to the elevator could use more training. The directions were not clear. The wallpaper is peeling by the elevators.
