I stay at a lot of 3 Star hotels so I'm not new to the game of what reality looks like, especially in the bathrooms. The good: The room was very large and decently furnished. Normal wear and tear. Bed & pillows were good. AC worked well for the temps. Big TV and big fridge that worked well. The bad/the ugly: The bathroom was below average, both in cleanliness but mainly in layout. The room is so big but they couldn't expand the bathroom to allow a person to sit on the toilet without turning to the side to avoid the door. Same with the tub. You'd have to basically shower with the door shut or you may as well be getting it wet. But there's very little space to even squeeze past the toilet to close the door so you can get in the shower. I just don't think it's functional. Bonus points: Service was good. Front desk was responsive and pleasant.

I am unsatisfied with the removal of the bedding and some of my decorations before check out at 12:00pm. I stepped out my room for breakfast, which stops serving at 10:00am… was back to my room before 11:00am… so I was essentially put out, or marked as checked out without checkin out by housekeeping.. Made several calls to front desk, and then proceeded to go to the desk, nothing was rectified. I spent 20 minutes to basically be told because I booked through a 3rd party there was nothing they could do! The rooms were decent, a bit overpriced to have that weird smell in the bathroom, and popcorn ceilings hanging above hot tub.. Service was one of the best. I really enjoy those warm cookies.. Location was central to all my needs!

I had really high hopes for this hotel, but it fell flat. I was impressed by the service from the front desk. They were friendly and helpful at all times. Though, I was disappointed to know that my husband had talked with an employee to set up the room a certain way to surprise me, but the employee forgot. The room was absolutely NOT worth the price. The furniture was old, strained, and sometimes broken. The room was very dark and dingy. The walls were paper thin, so I would hear everything going on in the hallway. My room had 2 doors to the hallway and one of them didn't close all the way (it was secured with a privacy lock, so it was still secure), so there was constantly light coming into the bedroom at night. Hot water in the shower was iffy - it would go cold for a few seconds and then warm up again. Just overall disappointed by my experience. If the room wasn't so expensive, I might have given 3 stars, but for $150 a night, I expect better.
