This charming hotel is nestled in a tranquil neighborhood of Boston. Conveniently located just 0.1 miles from the JFK/UMass station, it’s well-connected to public transportation. The rooms are spotless and reasonably priced, offering a great value for money. The Hilton brand ensures a sense of security and reliability. However, the service could be improved. Expect a wait time of around an hour for basic room service items like toiletries. On the bright side, the guest care team at the reception is exceptionally attentive. They even surprise you with Walnut cookies when you check in and check out. Don’t miss out on these delightful treats! The breakfast spread is also worth mentioning. For a modest $22 price tag (taxes included), you get an all-you-can-eat buffet that offers a variety of delicious options.

An Underwhelming Stay – Twice I’ve stayed at this hotel twice this year while visiting UMASS Boston — though the second time was by mistake, as I hadn’t realized it was the same place I stayed before. Had I known, I likely would’ve chosen differently. The hotel feels a bit dated. On my most recent visit, the TV in my room was oddly propped up with what looked like wads of paper towels or toilet paper to keep it level. While the rooms were generally clean, both stays showed signs of wear — particularly the bathroom doors, which had visible water damage at the bottom. After a long, delayed flight that had us arriving around 2 a.m. during our first stay, we were relieved to hear there was a snack area behind the front desk. Unfortunately, the selection was extremely limited — and the same was true on our second stay. Even after four days, the snack area remained unstocked. On a positive note, the front desk staff have been consistently friendly and helpful, which I really appreciated. However, there’s no complimentary continental breakfast, and the paid breakfast offered wasn’t worth the price in my opinion. Overall, the stay was just okay — not terrible, but not impressive either. A mid-tier experience that I’d likely skip in the future.

The room was nice and the bed was comfortable. I was on the 2nd floor overlooking the back. The room was quiet. They have a small bar where you can order food, but the options are limited, not much to choose. I had a chicken quesadilla it was ok and wings that weren't that good. Total was $ 40 with tip. Breakfast took a long time to get a plain bagel with cream cheese. It was a bit pricey. They expect/force a tip, and the service was not good. I would recommend the hotel improve their food options there's nothing nearby. Parking is available and included.
