Attentive, polite and respectful front desk staff, exceptionally clean facility from lobby to elevators and rooms. My son, as a joke checked the filter in the ac unit and it was totally spotless. Every detail felt like a step above its own class. Highly recommend
My husband and I stayed here as a one night stop over on our road trip and enjoyed our brief experience. The front desk staff was very friendly and the location was excellent. The bed was comfortable. The only issue we had was that there seemed to be mold in the shower.
The hotel is located in a very nice and convenient location. The staff is very nice and friendly. Katie at the front desk was very nice and helpful. The room was not very good. It smelled like mildew and it had stains on the carpet. The air-conditioning unit was also very loud. But Katie said that they are in the process of a renovation so hopefully next time we'll go to Chattanooga the hotel will have better rooms.
