The rooms were spacious and impeccably clean, with comfortable beds and modern amenities. The spa and wellness facilities, including the indoor pool and sauna, were excellent and provided a relaxing experience. The staff were friendly and professional, ensuring a pleasant stay. However, the hotel's location is somewhat remote, approximately 12 km from the city center, which may be inconvenient for those wanting to explore Warsaw's main attractions. Overall, it's a great choice for a peaceful retreat or business trip, but less ideal for city sightseeing.
A big thank you to the reception staff, who were incredibly kind and welcoming! It truly felt like we were being greeted by old friends. It’s such a pleasure to arrive at a hotel and be welcomed with such warmth. A special thanks to the receptionist Tomasz who made our stay in Warsaw unforgettable with his thoughtful gestures and helpful advice. The room was spacious and spotlessly clean. The breakfast buffet was very diverse, offering both continental options and a variety of Polish specialties. One detail that really stood out was the fresh juice machine – it makes a real difference! You can choose from a selection of cut fruits and make your own juice, which is a lovely touch. I also highly recommend the spa – it’s the perfect way to relax after a day of sightseeing. While the hotel is about 10 to 15 minutes from the city center, it’s absolutely worth it, especially if you have a car.
Great hotel especially for events, plenty of meeting/conference/event rooms. This seems to be the main focus of the hotel thus wouldn't recommend for non event related stays. Great gym and swimming pool. The rooms - even the most basic - are quite big, modern and super comfortable (loved the materace so much I overslept 😅). Great food and super friendly staff. I only had one point which i wasn't happy about - upon check in some people didn't respect the queue and were approaching the staff ignoring the people in line and the staff was supporting them which isn't fair - even though as they explained - they were an organized group. So were we, and it's not an excuse.
