Stayed only for a day but was a nice experience. Rooms are well done.... Contemporary interiors.....pool is small but nice ambience.... Self Parking has to be done some 50 metres away but within the premise....not much of an issue. Staff uniform looked so fresh and desi... entire team very polite and courteous. Will be back!

DO NOT STAY HERE. I gave 1 star for service only because the house-keeping and security were courteous. The staff at reception were not at all prompt and didn’t understand the urgency with which we approached them. The floors were wet because of the humidity. They should be prepared appropriately for that. When we asked them to change our suite, they mentioned as if they started experiencing this for the first time! We understand your architecture is such, but at least don’t lie that this is the first time you’ve heard about it. For what it’s worth, the experience is totally worthless. The sheets were dirty, the blanket was dirty. When they came in to give for the extra mattress it wasn’t even properly folded, as if they cleared another room and brought us the blankets. In a suite with 4 people, only 2 bottles were complimentary! What?!!!! Such a rip off! It doesn’t end here, the bathroom door when closing makes such a loud noise as if the glass broke! So we couldn’t sleep with the baby in the room just in case one person ends up using the washroom at night. So unnecessary. Finally, we got an extended check-out and then when we went to enter the room the door wasn’t opening. Whereas the other room we had was opening. Basically they managed to do that for only 1 room when 2 rooms were under our name. How hard is it? For everything we had struggle, it was not a smooth check in or a stay. There’s an issue every time. When a person checks-in to a hotel, it is obviously to relax and then we’re stressed about all this.

This hotel is mediocre at best. The breakfast buffet was terrible—poor quality food, clearly leftover items, and nothing fresh or appealing. The room didn’t even have a functioning smart TV, which was disappointing. On the plus side, the bed was comfortable and the bathroom and shower were clean. But aside from that, there’s no way this should be rated a 5-star hotel. It falls far short of that standard.
