DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Istanbul Piyalepasa

I accidentally booked a whole month in advance of when I tried to stay when I was at standing at the front desk trying to check in! Enesh on the front desk and Servet the Duty Manager were incredible. They magically fixed my reservation with their reservation department and got me checked in swiftly. All while making sure my aged mother and daughter were comfortable with complimentary drinks. They were so helpful! Our whole stay has been incredible. Out of this world customer service!

I stayed at this Hilton in April of this year and wow it’s a very classy place to stay! I’ve stayed in many hotels around the world and the service in this hotel really stood out. Also very modern, comfortable and has good restaurants (the only thing I could suggest is maybe making the pizzas a bit better but hey you’re not in Italy). 😅 Breakfast buffet is 💯 Highly recommend hope I can one day stay here again.

Thuta was absolutely wonderful! He kindly asked me what I wanted for breakfast and made sure I got everything just right from the latte to the omelette. Her attention to detail and warm service truly made my morning. Highly appreciated and definitely 5 stars!
