I would like to extend my heartfelt thanks to both the General Manager Mr. Ahmet Luke and the Front Desk Manager Mr Hüseyin, for their exceptional service during my stay. Although my experience began with some disappointment due to a room on a smoking floor, MR Ahmet went above and beyond to turn the situation around. His professionalism, kindness, and dedication to customer satisfaction truly made a difference. Thanks to his efforts, what started as a challenging experience ended on a highly positive note. I am sincerely grateful and look forward to staying with the Hilton group again in the future.

As always, my stay at this hotel was excellent. And the hotel's chef, Mr. Karakus, was exceptional. I just wish the TV would be moved, because it always blocks the window view.

It’s located close to SAW. When we arrived, it was almost full. The service was mostly good. However, there were a few issues I wasn’t satisfied with. Their partner platforms showed different pictures of the room, which was misleading. In the end, they resolved it, but there was a waiting time. Also, according to the menu, the breakfast was supposed to come with bread, but no bread was included when it was delivered to our room. When we called, the staff member said, “American breakfast doesn’t come with bread.” I pointed out that the menu clearly stated otherwise, and only then did they send it. Also, i could hear the sounds from other room. It wasnt that loud. But i could clearly hear what they talking about
