Stayed here recently and had a fantastic experience! The room was huge, super clean, and really comfortable. One of the most spacious hotel rooms I’ve stayed in for this price point. Mr. Aziz and Ali went above and beyond of assisting. What really made the stay memorable was the staff. Everyone was friendly and helpful, but the management truly stood out; incredibly professional and responsive. They handled every question or request with genuine care and efficiency. I highly recommend if you’re looking for a stress-free, comfortable stay with service that actually cares. I’d definitely come back!

Dear Hilton Team, I am writing to express my deep disappointment with the handling of two reservations my spouse and I made in March for a stay in September. Both reservations were cancelled without explanation, and no to terms and conditions were wronged. I have contacted your team three times seeking clarification. Each time, I was told I would receive a follow-up call — yet no one has reached out. This level of customer service is not what we have come to expect from Hilton. It feels as though this may be a franchise location, as the experience sharply does not contrasts with the service we’re accustomed to from your brand. This property falls significantly short of the Hilton standard. The rooms are exceptionally small, the rooftop pool was closed without prior notice, and the service from the staff was consistently disappointing—rude and unprofessional throughout my stay. Breakfast ends at 10:00 AM, which feels unreasonably early for a hotel of this category. As a Diamond member, I expected a more welcoming experience, but even basic courtesies, such as offering a bottle of water, were overlooked. Overall, a very disappointing stay that did not reflect the level of quality and service I’ve come to associate with Hilton.
