Great location with a trip to Oxford Circus easy by bus. Staff are very accommodating and helpful - and error had been made in my booking by my company and they corrected it as soon as room was available (next day), moving me into a disability access room. Breakfast plentiful and includes both hot and cold. No complaints.
Clean and comfortable rooms with great air conditioning. Beds were very comfortable. Hotel was within a short walking distance from both the Waterloo and Knotting Hill tube stations making it easy to get anywhere in London.
From the moment we arrived, our stay at the Hilton exceeded every expectation. The staff was warm, professional, and incredibly attentive to every detail. A special thanks to Jason, whose outstanding service truly stood out. He went above and beyond to ensure our experience was seamless and memorable, handling our requests with professionalism, efficiency, and a genuinely kind attitude.
