DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel London Ontario

Spent three days and two nights. Room was clean and very well appointed. A full kitchen? Beautiful. But the best part was the staff. The front desk hosts were so helpful. Love the special touches like a bottle of water and a warm cookie for the road. The in house restaurant was moderately priced and the food was superb. Again the staff were attentive and friendly. Wifi service for the conference was essential and free of charge. Valet parking was quick. We were able to walk to the nearby cenotaph. Several large chain food establishments nearby. Thank you for a lovely stay.

We had a great stay overall. Our room was clean and comfortable, and we loved the classic DoubleTree cookies. We stayed in a king room with a kitchenette, which was very nice. The front desk staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating, they allowed us to check in early, which we really appreciated. The only downside was the valet parking. While we expected the cost ($40 plus tax), we were disappointed with the service. Our vehicle was returned to us with the parking brake still on, which was quite concerning, especially since the attendant had just driven it over to us with it on. Given the price, we would have preferred the option to park the car ourselves.

My friend and I stayed on Friday July 11th. After a few small issues (our fault) everything was great. The only issue I had was when I gave up my key for valet. I left some change in my cup holder and told my friend "let's see if that's still there tomorrow". Saturday morning we go to valet to get my vehicle. I get in and look for the change. NOT to my surprise (unfortunately) Some of my change was missing. Now I don't want to blame anyone but no one else had access to my vehicle. It's very unfortunate because like I said, everything else was great.
