I had one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had in a long time, thanks to Edith. From the moment I arrived at the hotel, she was exceptional—greeting me with genuine warmth and professionalism. After a long and tiring flight, her kindness, efficiency, and attention to detail made me feel instantly at ease and truly welcomed. She went above and beyond to ensure the check-in process was smooth and pleasant. It’s rare to come across someone so dedicated to providing outstanding service. Team members like her make a lasting impression and truly elevate the guest experience. I hope the hotel continues to hire and recognize staff of her caliber.

I would also like to add that in the bathroom in the shower it smells moldy. No one answers the phone. Was there for a week and the housekeeper never refreshed the room, but I saw them constantly clean one elevator and the other 3 untouched. There are 12 floors and only one small microwave in the lobby. Nothing fits in the fridge that’s in the room, this place cares more out how the lobby look instead of the comfort of guest and Cleanliness.

The only positive I can think of is that the lobby was decent. The rest of the property is outdated, smelly, and the central air can’t keep up. Our room was hot and humid despite turning the setting as low as it went. The rooms are outdated, especially the bathrooms. Our room had random stains on the wall. You can also hear all the noise in the hallways. At check in, the front desk immediately informed us that we were being charged $27 to park our car on property, which is just silly to begin with. The parking lot is overcrowded and confusing so people were just parking anywhere even if it wasn’t a real spot. We were also informed that the room we booked months ago was sold out so we were downgraded without compensation or even an apology. So we had a nice view of some train tracks and the warehouse next door. Vending machine on our floor was also out of order. This place is just bad overall, and I felt dirty being there.
