DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Newcastle International Airport

Thank you so much Katie. We come to the Hilton regularly with my disabled son for food and as soon as we came in Katie was so welcoming and came over to say hello. She helped us to seats where my son can have space and took our order at the table. She couldn’t have been more helpful and so lovely. She came over with my son’s food and immediately knew not to put directly in front of him and it’s the first time someone has acknowledged this. She made us feel so at ease and welcome we will definitely be back for the amazing hospitality. Thank you Katie you made our visit so enjoyable and relaxed

Superb hotel. Sparkling Clean, fresh and cozy. Staff are super friendly and very welcoming, rooms are spotless and gleaming clean. The beds and pillows are amazing and really help you have a good nights kip.

Nice modern hotel. The breakfast is pretty average and Luke warm at best. With a limited selection. The staff are very nice and pleasant. The room I stayed in was very clean apart from the sink that had a lot of dust along the moulding on the front. The mini fridge is warm so needs a repair. Other than that the hotel is very nice.
